We offer services to property owners wanting to rent out their property on a short term serviced basis​:

1. Website Listing and Reservation System - access to guests visiting the Henley area for holiday, family or work purposes. We actively market the properties on our site through paid search and many short let platforms for maximum exposure and have built relationships with local companies and frequent visitors. Commission on bookings is 7.5% and applies to the first 2 months of each reservation.

2. Long Term Operational Agreement - we enter into a long term agreement to rent your property for a fixed price per month and then re-rent it on a short term basis.

3. Complete Operations Management - 15%-20% of gross rentals - we do everything required - hands off service.

 

4. Additional Chargeable Services:​

• Property set up – photography, furnishing, staging and kitting out. 

• Operational support - cleaning, linen rental, laundry, check in, maintenance, guest communications, revenue management, compliance, taxation and regulation.

• Mentorship - starting and scaling your serviced accommodation business.
